How to Register & Apply for Permits

2. Enter your details

Enter your email address, first name, and last name.

You’ll need access to this email address, as you’ll be asked to verify it before you can access your account.

Enter your password in both password fields, then select ‘Register’.

Your new account has been registered, return to the login page.

3. Activate your account

Go to your email mailbox, open the activation email and select ‘Activate’.

A confirmation page will open in your browser. Select ‘here’ to return to the login page. Then log in using your email address and password.

4. Create user profile

The first time you log in to the portal, you’ll be asked to fill in your ‘User profile.’

Your name will be pre-filled. Enter your address and mobile number then scroll down and select ‘save’.

You will be returned to the portal home page where you can apply for your permits.

Apply for a Permit

1. Login to the portal

Login to the portal and from the Home screen, select ‘Apply for a Permit’.

2. Select the permit and permit type

Select the permit you would like to apply for.

From the dropdown box, choose the permit type you’d like to apply for.

Depending on the type of permit you choose, you may be asked to read some additional information about the permit, before you’re taken to the application page.

3. Complete the form and review

Fill in the form (some information will be pre-filled for you).

Review:

• permit start and end date
• permit fee
• user details

4. Select payment method

Choose your payment method and if paying by card, enter your card details (under ‘Payment Information’).

‘Add vehicle’ details (under ‘Vehicles’).

Depending on the permit type, you may be required to upload documentation to prove you are eligible.

To submit your application, review and accept the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page and then select ‘Submit’.

5. View status of your permit application

Once you have submitted the application you’ll be taken to ‘My Current Permits’ where you can view the status of your permit application.
