The best way to get started is by using our Request for Service form. This is how you lodge a service request with Council.
Submitting a service request ensures your query is recorded in our system and directed to the right staff member or contractor. It also helps us follow up more efficiently if needed.

Our Customer Centre is located just inside the Rotorua Lakes Council Civic Centre. Metered parking is available at the front of the building.
For all other enquiries, feedback, or service requests, you can contact us anytime using one of the options below. We will respond to online enquiries and issues reported outside of our business hours (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) as soon as possible.
