Subject: LGOIMA request - Lake Rotokakahi (Tarawera Service Scheme) - consent paperwork and publicly available information

I refer to your online LGOIMA request of 28 August 2024 regarding the above, and requesting a copy of the consent paperwork for this activity and any relevant publicly available information on the kaupapa.

Resource consent is not required for thrusting pipeline under the road in the road corridor.

Additionally, resource consent is not required for works in and around the Te Wairoa Stream as the activity complies with the conditions specified in the BOP Regional Natural Resources Plan, rule BW R9 (Rule 56)- Bay of Plenty Natural Resources Plan (updated 2023). The works are considered a permitted activity under this Plan.
