Subject: Official Information request - NZMCA conditions for operating parks

I refer to your Official Information request of 8 September 2022 for a copy of the consent requirements that New Zealand Motor Caravan Association (NZMCA) have to abide by for the operating of their parks under Council’s management.

Council has one NZMCA park within its district located at 61 Ngongotaha Road. Attached is the certificate of compliance for this park. I can confirm the park is registered as a camping ground under the Camping-Grounds Regulations 1985.
