I was hoping to please get some information about the dog that was taken after it attacked two police officers Friday last week on Old Taupo Rd? I understand the council took it, so was hoping to find out what happened/is to happen?

The dog is currently at the pound while police complete their investigation.

Police are leading the investigation so any further enquiries related to that should be directed to them.
