Will there be a hearing and if so when?

The application is still being processed with no hearing confirmed or set at this time.

• What is the extent of the planned works the air conditioning system upgrade is included in, including total cost?

Please detail costs, approved date, duration of works, and a brief explanation for each item.

• How were approvals made and by who?
• How is this work funded?
• How long were the council chambers closed for?
• Please give a description of the previous air conditioning system, including its age, and the new one.
• Why did it need replacing?
• Any relevant comment or information not covered by the above?

Response

We initially informed the reporter that it was a planned upgrade of the air conditioning and asked if in light of that she still wanted to do a story.

Reporter responded that she did and was informed that due to staff having more urgent priorities the enquiry would be processed as a LGOIMA.
