Subject: Official Information Request - Sprays used at Turners Reserve
I refer to your Official Information request of 11 March 2026 for information regarding sprays used at Turners Reserve.
Question:
What sprays are used at Turners Reserve, specifically if glysophate is used.
Answer:
Council uses only agrichemicals approved by BOP Regional Council and the Environmental Protection Authority. Council uses the same product on all of Councils Parks and Reserves and the current product that is being used is Glyphosate 360 which is produced by a local New Zealand supplier.
