I refer to our LGOIMA request of 3 August 2024 for ‘all of the correspondence sent to all elected members related to the Springfield golf course and its lease including the replies from elected members for the current triennium’.

A search has been conducted of all the elected members inbox/outbox ‘rotorualc.nz’ accounts using the search criteria of ‘Springfield golf’ AND ‘lease’.

Please find attached the correspondence collated using the above criteria.
