I refer to your information request of 10 April 2024 regarding the pavilion on the rugby field in Mamaku. Your request was processed under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act.

1. Name of the preferred supplier (contractor) who repaired the roof.
   NGS Roofing Ltd
2. Price paid to the contractor for the repair and the date of payment.
   $520 excluding GST, paid on 20 June 2023
3. Description of what work was carried out.
   Mamaku Domain Pavilion roof repairs:
   -Supplying 1 new .55 gauge folded barge cap
   -Supplying 12 new 12/65mm unitite roofing screws
   -Labour – 2 tradesmen for 2 hours
   The invoice included a note that the roof is in very poor condition.
4. Evidence (pictures) communicated by the contractor to the council of the completed work.
   Council did not request pictures of the completed works.
