I refer to your Official Information request of 20 November 2023 regarding the Tarawera Sewerage Reticulation Scheme. You have requested to know whether the public toilets at Tarawera and the Buried Village tourist premises were included in the 446 HUE’s which would share the cost of stage 2 as indicated in the letter dated 25 September 2023, reference 19989850.

I can confirm that the public toilets and Buried Village are included in the 446 HUE’s – the public toilets share to be paid by the Council’s respective department.
