I refer to your LGOIMA request of 1 December 2023 regarding Spa Lodge, specifically any communication the council has had from external persons or entities relating to the conditions or fire safety at Spa Lodge in the last three years, including what was said when the person contacted council regarding sanitary conditions on November 6.

Please find the requested information attached (PDF 9.4MB), including the complaint of 6 November and subsequent correspondence. There is no record of any other health or fire safety complaints in the last three years.
