Subject: LGOIMA request - Ambrosia Restaurant and Bar - District Licensing Committee report

I refer to your LGOIMA request of 16 November 2023 for the report of the District Licensing Committee from the Ambrosia Restaurant and Bar hearing in respect of an On-Licence, held on 6 November 2023.

I note that Council advised it would need an extension of time until 19 January 2024 to complete review and redaction of the report in conjunction with the District Licensing Committee.
