Subject: LGOIMA request - as-built drawings, commissioning sheets, insurance
I refer to your LGOIMA request of 30 September below:
Please provide, under the Official Information Act, copies of surveyed as-built drawings of all installed equipment, signed by a registered surveyor as issued to Council in .pdf and CAD (.dwg) formats, including all commissioning sheets, plus evidence of any registered easements (property titles) established for Council-owned assets on private property together with evidence/ details of insurance for such assets on private property, for the following properties:
- 535 Tarawera Road
- 516 Tarawera Road – Bike Hub 2
- 100A Okareka Loop Road
- 51 Summit Road
- 1 Acacia Road – Fire Station
- 9 Acacia Road
- 76 Acacia Road
- 97 Acacia Road
- 103 Acacia Road
- 19 Pryce Road
- 9 Wattle Grove
- 6 Millar Road
Attached are copies of the as-built drawings that you requested, except for those of two properties. These properties (535 Tarawera Rd and 6 Millar Rd) have no RLC assets on their property and are not connected to the network. Also attached are the commissioning sheets for those properties that are connected, except for 1 Acacia Road (Fire Station), 97 Acacia Rd and 9 Wattle Grove. We have been unable to find commissioning sheets for these three properties in our records.
