I refer to your LGOIMA request of 11 April 2023 regarding office space, stationery and newspaper/magazine spend. Please find the information below.
- Does your council provide office space to a Union? No
- Please provide us with your council’s current working from home policy.
Council does not have a specific Working from Home Policy. Attached is our Flexible Working Policy which incorporates working from home. - How much does the council pay to rent its offices?
Nil. Council owns the building. - What is the current staffing occupancy level of your offices? This relates to working from home versus staff in the office.
Council does not measure occupancy of the council administration building as this could vary from day to day and hour to hour given Council’s Flexible Working Policy. - How much has the council spent on stationery in the last 12 months? Please provide a breakdown of costs.
