- current zoning
- current information on hazard warnings
Information on the last two property transactions is publicly available or will be publicly available shortly.
The second to last transaction is published on Homes.co.nz. The second to last transaction was completed on 30 March 2017 and the property was sold for $885,000. You can access that information freely here:

The latest transaction, completed in January 2023, will be published on websites such as Homes.co.nz and qv.co.nz and you will be able to access that information for free or a small fee. Given that the sale was completed in January 2023, we anticipate details of the latest transaction will be available within the next eight to 12 weeks.
We are therefore declining this part of your request under s 17(d) of the LGOIMA on the basis that the information is or will soon be publicly available.
The current zone for 31 Ngongotaha Road is Rural 2 (Rural lifestyle).
