Legal fees for this period were $3,699 (excluding GST) and related to a request for a Court Hearing from a customer, review of statement of claim, gathering background documents, reviewing the Parking Services Contract in reference to delegation/contracting out, advising Council on next steps, preparing a notice of objection, incidental attendances, correspondence and advice. (Note: The Plaintiff’s claim was subsequently struck out by the Court). - The total overall council

Payments to i-Park for the 2021/22 financial year totalled $1,541,630.76.
