I refer to your two LGOIMA requests of 6 and 7 October 2022 regarding building consent numbers, and provide the following information as per your requests:

1. The number of building consents issued annually over the past six calendar years.

2. Of these building consents, how many, if any, resulted in a final building inspection being completed relevant to that consent.

7 October

1. How many building consents issued have lapsed annually over the past six calendar years.

2. How many building consents issued have been extended to prevent them from lapsing annually over the past six calendar years.

3. How many building consents issued have lapsed and subsequently seen a refund or partial refund issued annually over the past six calendar years.
