I refer to your Official Information request of 10 October 2022 regarding Councillor attendance at forum for the last term (2019-2022).
Please find attached a spreadsheet with separate tabs for:
- Forums 2022
- Forums 2021
- Forums 2020
Note 1: There were no Forum held in 2019 following the election.
Note 2: Councillor attendance in 2020, prior to 9 September 2020, was not recorded. This information is therefore not available as per section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act.
The spreadsheets list the Councillors names against the date of the respective meetings showing:
- The subject of the Forum
- Attendance by individual Councillors
- Total attendance by individual Councillors
- Percentage attendance for individual Councillors.
