I refer to your Official Information request received by Council on 28 July 2022 for:

• Full details of the proposed/intended method and legal basis of the intention to sell local recreation parks or parts thereof for housing.
• Copies of any documents of advice or opinions of the procedure.
• Copies of any draft preparation for proceeding with the proposal.
