1. The nature of the Contract
   To provide an integrated suite of Street Furniture within the Rotorua District Council territorial jurisdiction that is functional, safe, vandal and graffiti resistant.
2. The end date of the Contract
   20 August 2023
3. Are any rights of renewal held under the Contract
   No
4. Will any Request for Proposals be released for the Contract in future, and at what time will this occur
   This is not known at this time.
5. The current holder of the Contract
   Adshel New Zealand Limited (oOh! Media)
