Subject: LGOIMA - Requests for service on reserves
I refer to your LGOIMA request of 20 May 2022 regarding requests for service to Council on the following reserves, for the following reasons, for the period 12 November 2021 to 12 May 2022:
Reserves
- Lee Road Reserve
- Coulter Road Reserve
- High Street Reserve
- Glenholme Reserve - 117 Clinkard Avenue
- Gallagher Street Reserve
- Linton Park West – 16 Kamahi Road
- Wrigley Road Reserve
- Turner Drive Reserve
- Park Road Reserve
- Steeles Lane Reserve
Reason
Safety and or crime issues, including but not limited to:
- Alcohol use
- Drug use
- Anti-social behaviour
- Graffiti and or vandalism
- Broken glass
- Illegal dumping
- Rough sleepers
- Equipment or facilities (such as playgrounds, tennis courts or toilet blocks in poor condition or requiring repairs or maintenance)
Attached is an Excel spreadsheet containing reported issues in three separate sheets:
- Requests for Service through the Council Customer Centre
- Faults recorded through Infracore’s two recording systems (2 sheets)
