Subject: LGOIMA - Temporary Housing Options under Investigation report and subsequent report

I refer to your LGOIMA request of 24 May 2022 for a copy of the report ‘Temporary Housing Options under Investigation’ which was considered in confidential at the Council meeting on 27 May 2021, along with the report referred to in the resolution of that report ‘4. That the Council note a report including further information and options will be presented in due course’, or if not available the statutory reason why the reports cannot be released.

At the Council meeting today (26 May 2022), elected members resolved to release the two reports you have requested:

• Temporary Housing Options under Investigation – Council meeting 27 May 2021
• Guidance on Land Disposal – Strategy, Policy & Finance Committee meeting 14 October 2021
