I refer to your online Official Information request of 17 May 2022 regarding Council’s Three Waters contractors, and provide the following information as per your email:

1. The name of the contractor (company name) currently doing the council's 3 Waters Maintenance Operations & Renewals to June 2022?

Infracore, a RLC Council-Controlled Organisation, currently has an operation and maintenance contract for stormwater and water supply networks, along with two water renewal contracts.

Trility has a contract to operate, maintain and renew the wastewater network.

2. How long is this current 3 Waters MOR contract let for?

The Infracore stormwater and water operation and maintenance contract is for two years commencing from 1 June 2019, with a possible three year extension.

The Trility wastewater contract was awarded in 2020 for 10 years.

3. The contractor doing the council's 3 Waters Maintenance Operations & Renewals after June 30 2022?

As above.

Water renewal contracts are tendered every year.

4. The council's previous 3 Waters Maintenance contractors, going back to 1 July 2012.

Infracore has had a 3 Waters operation and maintenance contract going back until July 2012.

Trility signed a wastewater contract in 2020 to operate, maintain and renew the wastewater network.
