Subject: LGOIMA request - items discussed in publicly excluded sessions

I refer to your online Official Information request of 27 April 2022 requesting information regarding a list of items discussed in publicly excluded sessions of Council meetings.

Please find attached a schedule of the requested items showing:

  • Meeting date and item
  • Recommendations for when the report and/or minutes were to be released (if applicable)
  • Where the relevant reports and/or minutes can be found (if applicable)
  • Sections of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act under which the item was considered in confidence
  • Originating team

Attachments

As previously advised, the Executive Team (CE and DCEs) verbally review the content of all reports at an agenda setting meeting, including reviewing whether reports should be considered in the confidential section of the meeting taking into account public interest [LGOIMA Section 48].
