Subject: LGOIMA request - correspondence with Ministers

I refer to your email of 15 March 2022 under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act for all correspondence from Mayor Steve to both Minister Sepuloni and Minister Nash regarding Rotorua’s MSD motels.

Please find attached two letters to Minister Sepuloni dated 24 November 2021 and 15 February 2022.

With reference to Mayor Steve Chadwick’s comment that ‘we have lobbied Minister Nash’, this was undertaken verbally through in-person meetings between Mayor Chadwick and Minister Nash.
