For clarity, this includes

• Any combination of these groups/roles (such as in a thread of emails)
• Text messages between any elected members and or Rotorua Lakes Council staff members regarding the 2022 Rotorua Lakes Council representation review and or proposed governance models.

Please find attached emails to/from elected members and Council staff as referred to above for the period 8-22 November 2021, using the search criteria of ‘representation review’ and ‘governance model’.

Council does not hold text messages to/from elected members and or Council staff members. This part of your request, if any, cannot be provided as per section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act.
