I'm writing to see if you could provide some more information about the group of horses seen galloping along Katoro Drive at Eastgate Business Park today.

I understand Animal Control was contacted and would appreciate any details you can share about the response and whether the horses were safely returned to their owners. If available, I'd also be interested in the number of horses involved, their breed, where they are believed to have come from, and whether any safety concerns were raised as a result of the incident.

From Group Manager – Destination Development, Jean-Paul Gaston: Animal Control responded to a public report of about 10 horses on Katoro Drive around 10.30am, today. The horses had been safely secured by tenants on trust land before the officer arrived, and enquiries to identify the owner are continuing. The incident is a timely reminder for animal owners to keep their animals safely and securely contained.
