Monday 7 September 2026:The following application has been received for an alcohol licence. Objections may be made within 25 working days of the publication of this notice.

Section 101 Pursuant to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
Hinemihi Community Cultural & Sports Club Incorporated has made application to the Rotorua District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club licence in respect of the premises situated at 23 Hona Road, Ngapuna, Rotorua and known as Hinemihi Community Cultural & Sports Club.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is club.

The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Monday to Thursday 4.00pm - 10.00pm, Friday 4.00pm – 12.00am (midnight), Saturday 12.00pm (midday) – 12.00am (midnight) and Sunday 12.00pm (midday) to 10.00pm.

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee at the Civic Centre, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.

Any person who is entitled to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee, c/- Rotorua Lakes Council, Private Bag RO 3029, Rotorua 3040 or email Compliance.Admin@rotorualc.nz . (II) No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
