Subject: Official Information Act request – fluoridation correspondence/reports

I refer to your Official Information request of 10 May 2023 for the following information regarding fluoridation, dated 1 January 2022 until 10 May 2023:

1. All communication between the mayor and anyone else that discusses the subject to fluoridation/fluoride anywhere within the communication.
2. All policy papers and/or advice prepared for the mayor and/or councillors about fluoridation.

• Attachment 2 – Extract from Operational Report for January 2022 – Infrastructure and Environmental Services Group (from Agenda of Operations & Monitoring Committee meeting held on 3 March 2022)

Also attached (Attachment 3) is correspondence between Rotorua Lakes Council and Ministry of Health regarding fluoridation of Rotorua water supplies.
