Death of Nomad play for Rotorua Museum
Talented young actress Ana Scotney (pictured) is to perform her own play, Death of Nomad, at Rotorua Museum. The play is inspired by characters Ana has met on the streets of Wellington.
Ana is of Ngai Tūhoe descent and is currently completing a performing arts degree at Toi Whakaari New Zealand Drama School in Wellington.
Cleverly adapted for the museum venue, the play is an astute, insightful glimpse into the world of the night time.
She is accompanied by musicians Haz and Char Forrester as Athuzela Brown', with visuals, animation and projection by Lily Paris West.
Please note the play contains coarse language and sexual references.
The play is on at 7.30pm on Friday 21 November, Saturday 22 November and Sunday 23 November.
Seats are very limited and bookings are essential. Tickets are $5 per person and are available from Rotorua Museum reception.
