Celebrate children at Museum tomorrow

Rotorua Museum is celebrating Children's Day - Te Ra mo Nga Tamariki tomorrow with a range of free activities from 9am to 5pm.
Join in the fun, and do something special for the little treasures in your life, as they explore the Museum through Maori myths and legends.
Activities and museum entry are free all day (9am to 8pm) for children 18 years and under.
Interactive tours: Interactive and imaginative tours, for five to 12 year olds, will weave through Museum galleries, bringing to life taonga and legends from around the Rotorua region. Times: 10am, 12pm and 2pm.
Activity sheet: Children aged 5 to 12 years can also explore myths and legends through the Museum with our free activity sheet. Time: 9am to 8pm
Art Table: An activity table in the exhibition Norm Heke - OMGs: Maori Gods in the 21st Century. Children can design masks of mythical characters or invent their own! Time: 10am - 4pm.
