When you are ready to lodge or have an enquiry about your building project, you can book an appointment with the relevant people concerning your project. We can then can check you have given us everything we need to process your application before you lodge it, which will help make the building consent process quicker for you.
An appointment is the best way to ensure you will get to see the vetting officer on your arrival to council. While we always welcome walk-ins with no appointment necessary, our vetting officer is always busy, and we cannot guarantee the officer will be available when you arrive without an appointment. When we receive your online booking request we will contact you with the best available booking.
Note: This form is for vetting appointments only. If your building project has already commenced use the online Request a Booking Inspection form or phone on 07 349 5646 between 8 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
