I refer to your LGOIMA request of 17 January 2024 regarding the Ngāti Whakaue Gifted Reserves Protocol Agreement, and provide the following responses to your requests:

• Please provide a copy of the schedule of reserves mentioned in the first paragraph of the agreement.
  Attached is a copy of the agreement (PDF 1.7MB) which includes the schedule of reserves and a plan showing the reserves.
• Please provide a list of reserves that have been returned to Pukeroa Oruawhata/Ngāti Whakaue since the agreement was signed as outlined in clause 3.
  Nil.
• Please provide a list of reserves that have been added since the agreement was signed as outlined in clause 5a.
  Nil.
• Please provide a list of reserves that have been added since the agreement was signed as outlined in clause 5b.
  Nil.
