2. What has been the reaction from neighbouring councils and regional leaders to Rotorua's proposal, and are they supportive of the direction you're taking?
3. For residents who are concerned about losing local representation or decision-making power, what assurances can you give that Rotorua's voice will remain strong under the proposed model?
4. From a Māori perspective, how will these reforms affect iwi and hapū engagement in local decision-making, and what opportunities or risks do you see for Māori representation across the wider region?
