I refer to your request of 12 April under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act, and response below as per your email:
- Does the council maintain a register of pecuniary interests of its elected officials?Yes
- Does the council maintain a register of interests other than pecuniary interests of its elected officials?Yes
- Does the council publish the register of interests (both pecuniary interests or otherwise) of elected officials for the public to see?Not at this stage though it is planned to include this on the Council website in July 2018
- If the city council does not have a register of Interests (for either pecuniary interests or otherwise) will the council soon establish a register of interests?N/A
- If the council has a register of interests of elected officials and has not published it, what is the reason why the register has not been published?The register is planned to be published on the Council website in July 2018
- If the council has not yet established a register of interests (pecuniary interests or otherwise) when will the council establish such a register?N/A
- Include a most recent copy of the register of interests of council elected officials (both pecuniary or otherwise).Attached
