Nightmare at the Museum is back
Just when you thought it was safe, 'Nightmare at the Museum' is coming back to Rotorua Museum for four spooky nights!
After two sell-out walks in 2011, this year's event promises a new and extended horror walk through Rotorua Museum that will stretch you to new levels of fear.
Come and brave the dark, terrifying corridors of the Museum and witness, first-hand, the gruesome events that happen at the Museum after dark.
Be taken from the frightening depths of the mudbath basement and through the ghostly hallways. Watch out as you walk along, you don't know what's around the next bend!
Running over four chilling nights, Fri 21, Sat 22, Fri 28, Sat 29 September, the first spine-tingling walk starts at 7pm and the last concludes at 9pm. Each walk will take around 10 minutes to complete, shorter if you run screaming through all of it! With a maximum of five people per walk you are sure to get your fair share of frights.
Tickets are $10 per person or get a group of friends together to take advantage of the group special - $40 per group of five people (must be booked at the same time).
Come in to book your walk time at the Rotorua Museum reception. Bookings only accepted with full payment and due to the popularity of this event, we suggest you get in quick!
This event is restricted to people aged 13 and older - so students should bring along some ID as proof of age.
Operated in conjunction with Rotorua Zombie Walk 2012, proceeds from this year's Nightmare at the Museum will be donated to Brain Injury Rotorua and there will be spot prizes on the door sponsored by Spookers.
