Requests for Council services can be lodged in various ways including:
Contact council's main public enquiries phone line on 07 348 4199. This service is operated 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Official information requests
Most of the information you seek is readily available from our staff. Just ask and, if possible, we will help you obtain this information. All requests for information are considered to be a request made under the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) and the Privacy Act 2020. You do not have to say that you are making a request under an Act.
Once a request is made, council must supply the information unless there is a reason for withholding it.
